For Obama to suggest that government interfere in this process more than it already does – to "spread" wealth from Joe to Bill, or vice versa – overlooks not only the voluntary and individual origins of wealth, but the dampening of the incentives for people to contribute energetically to wealth's continued production.

A second relative believed to be Senator Obama's long lost "Uncle Omar", who moved from Kenya to the US in the 1960s, was also identified as having spent time in Boston.
He had apparently been evicted in 2000 from his one-bedroom flat for failing to pay $US2324.20 in rent, and had been attacked by armed robbers with a sawn-off shotgun in 1994 in the city.

Obama: Caveat Elector?
As the son of the Muslim father, Senator Obama was born a Muslim under Muslim law as it is universally understood. It makes no difference that, as Senator Obama has written, his father said he renounced his religion. Likewise, under Muslim law based on the Koran his mother’s Christian background is irrelevant.
Of course, as most Americans understand it, Senator Obama is not a Muslim. He chose to become a Christian, and indeed has written convincingly to explain how he arrived at his choice and how important his Christian faith is to him.
His conversion, however, was a crime in Muslim eyes; it is “irtidad” or “ridda,” usually translated from the Arabic as “apostasy,” but with connotations of rebellion and treason. Indeed, it is the worst of all crimes that a Muslim can commit, worse than murder (which the victim’s family may choose to forgive).
With few exceptions, the jurists of all Sunni and Shiite schools prescribe execution for all adults who leave the faith not under duress; the recommended punishment is beheading at the hands of a cleric, although in recent years there have been both stonings and hangings. (Some may point to cases in which lesser punishments were ordered — as with some Egyptian intellectuals who have been punished for writings that were construed as apostasy — but those were really instances of supposed heresy, not explicitly declared apostasy as in Senator Obama’s case.)
While this supposedly "dead horse" has been beaten like a rented mule by those NOT impressed by the Democratic Party USA's current Presidential Candidate, won't the islamic world use an Obama victory as the "Mother of All Propaganda" tools?

Number 2: There is absolutely no reason to believe that a half-term senator with no expertise in the economy can handle issues of the economic crisis better than a seasoned senator experienced in the fight against wasteful government spending.
Number 3: Sen. Obama’s Marxist tax policy in which he would “spread the wealth around” (as unveiled to Joe the Plumber), is anti-American and unwise, especially during times of economic hardship.
Number 4: Electing Obama would create an imbalance of power in the federal government.
Number 5: Obama’s poor judgment and far left, anti-American alliances should amount to a prima facie disqualification for the high office of president.

Black Offense: When Hollywood Was Wrong
The University of Wisconsin-Madison has apologized to a black student who during a class last year was shown a clip of the movie "Blazing Saddles" that features racial epithets.
During a workshop for working professionals last year, an instructor showed a scene of the 1974 comedy in which blacks are shown working on a railroad. Whites call the workers racial epithets and an overseer orders them to sing like slaves.

Obama Wants The 'Felon" Vote?
Obama has co-sponsored a Senate measure that would allow all ex-felons to vote, but his campaign isn't directly targeting ex-felons for registration. His campaign does include relevant info on its Web site and educates volunteers so they can explain state laws to those who may not realize they have the right to vote, said spokesman Kevin Griffis.
Seems about right? Their demographics can be added to those American Blacks that are voting for Obama because of his skin pigment.

ACORN – The draft bill includes a left-wing giveaway that would force taxpayers to bankroll a slush fund for a discredited ally of the Democratic Party. At issue is the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now – better known as ACORN – an organization fraught with controversy for, among other scandals, its fraudulent voter registration activities on behalf of Democratic candidates. Rather than returning any profits made in the long-term from the economic rescue package, Democrats want to first reward their radical allies at ACORN for their (often illegal) help in getting Democrats elected to office. Families, seniors, small businesses, and all American taxpayers deserve better.
As I understand it, Speaker Pelosi is re-introducing PORK into the latest "effort" to spend taxpayer funds to correct the financial fiasco. Interesting ... can any Congressional action ever just address the matter at hand?
