"Our practice is when someone is thrust quickly into the public spotlight, we often take a look" at them, Jones-Kelley (sic) said, citing a case where a lottery winner was found to owe past-due child support.
Jones-Kelly served as a co-chair for Parity, Inc.
Parity 2000 Inc. emerged from that initial mini-convention as a strategic think tank to address issues and problems of self-development, fairness, and equity in the African-American community. Parity is providing the impetus to propel the needed change and create the central energy for the entire Dayton area. Our name and mission changed in 2003 to better reflect our ongoing presence in the community.
