Mr Chavez said he was reacting to the 'cowardly murder' of a leading Farc rebel by Colombian forces in a raid just inside Ecuador on Saturday.

No doubt Hugo, still miffed at not being tall enough to enjoy the major rides at Disney Parks even after having passed the finger scanning requirement; still wishes to place his name and image to something newsworthy on this side of Iraq?


If a person that had never visited Venezuela saw these tanks in the freeway and the poor kids living in shacks on the expressway border, they would have come up with an answer of how the funds could be used more efficiently. Then again, this is a military regime and equipment comes first, even if said equipment is for parading, drills and civil wars.
