Powell Or Rice For Obama: Racial Allegiance?

If Senator Barack Obama receives either or both endorsements from Colin Powell or Condoleezza Rice, will it be for racial allegiance? I certainly hope that this is not the "Change" that Obama consistently preaches from his pulpit. Voting strategy using skin pigmentation is pathetic!
