The MANG servicemember obviously wishes to fault the military-industrial complex by using litigation against a company that purchased the aircraft's former manufacturer? Will this open the "floodgates" to all military/civilians that feel wronged by a weapon system's failure in the field? Will the actions also be directed toward the enlisted crew chief and his maintenance staff?
