While not being fluent in Spanish, I can readily understand why this Venezuelan President can sway those countrymen/women (PC) whose intelligence may have been dulled by abject poverty and negative political policies. He seems to have developed the same hypnotic speaking presence that all well known dictators have possessed, Hussein et. al.
